As part of the General Management Department, Real Estate Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • To contribute to the set-up of the Business Plan for each RE project and to the follow-up of the RE projects’ Approval Process
  • To participate in the RE Projects Budgeting Process to set Capex and Opex for openings and re-modelings
  • To participate in the follow-up of the RE Projects Business Plan, to analyze any deviations from the budget and the timeline, to help setting up the right solutions to achieve the approved KPIs
  • To analyze and maintain reporting on main Real Estate and Construction KPIs
  • To contribute to set and achieve each year goals for openings, closings, renewals and rent reductions
  • To execute the study that needs to be performed to benchmark Real Estate and Construction markets
  • To contribute to Construction efficiency projects by analyzing and streamlining the main activities performed on the RE projects’ process and building sites, to highlight best practices and opportunities for change, and implementation of the key insights.
