Role Mission:

The Real Estate and General Services Manager is responsible (not limited to) for leading, performing, and executing the global real estate and facility management strategy at the country level, ensuring the real estate strategy supports business growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The role is accountable for optimizing property investments, minimizing risk, controlling occupancy costs, and securing strategic locations that drive long-term value for the organization.

Your Impact:

As Real Estate and General Services Manager, you will directly contribute to the area’s objectives by taking part in key activities such as:

  • Full management of the real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, leasing, renewals, disposals, and optimizations.
  • Lead site selection, market analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling for new projects.
  • Oversee lease administration and drive favorable commercial terms and cost efficiencies.
  • Prepare and manage annual real estate budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX forecasts and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, brokers, developers, and authorities.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Mitigate portfolio risks such as lease expirations, market exposure, and legal liabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the country real estate team and external consultants.
  • Ensure implementation of global Facility Management policies and oversee local FM projects and teams.
  • Support Fleet and Travel teams as needed and manage MASA contracts, service levels, and internal customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum work experience of 10 years in Planning, Development, Management and / or Evaluation of Projects, Administration.
  • Knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, Sharepoint, MSProject and other planning, project management and modeling tools.
  • Strong expertise in real estate and facilities management, supported by analytical, negotiation, and business continuity skills to balance optimized lease terms with sustainable and collaborative workspaces.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex projects in global, cross functional environments, effectively influencing and communicating with Senior Leadership.
  • Advanced communication, presentation, creativity, and agile problem solving abilities, enabling scalable solutions and strong, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
