Our Floor Planners help sell the dream for our clients, conducting on-site measuring of residential properties from small studios to some of the most prestigious houses in Australia, and everything in between. Reporting to the Floor Plan Manager and working with our Customer Experience team, you’ll be relied upon for the delivery of accurate on-site measures as well as production support in the studio. Our work is dynamic, in high volumes and often with short deadlines. Ahh Real Estate, don’t you just love it?

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Own & Deliver: You’ll be self-sufficient, managing the delivery of your workload according to predetermined schedules, with the support of our Customer Support team.
• Promote & Engage: Impress our Real Estate, Vendor, Builder, and Developer clients onsite with your expertise and casual professionalism.
• Be Bold: Proudly deliver accurate and carefully detailed work, from your on-site measures to quality checking the final deliverables.
• Lead and Train: Help train new measurers and support our team of measurers.

Is this you?

You're organised, efficient, and experienced, a Floor Plan Measurer or Draftsperson who knows the secret to success is attention to detail. You’re an excellent communicator who can talk the hind legs off a donkey yet knows how to make a quick exit when deadlines are looming. Ideally, you have real estate experience, but more importantly, you’re proud of your work and committed to our partnership. A working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be advantageous.

Essential for this role -

• At least 2 years as a Floor Planner, Measurer, or Draftsperson
• Real Estate experience is preferred, although successful candidates will be onboarded through our extensive internal development program.
• An unrestricted Driver’s License, and a vehicle.
