THE TEAM

The mission of the Construction Department is to build world-class physical spaces to design, on time, and on budget.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Construction Team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for turning our beautiful store designs into world-class physical spaces.

We are currently seeking high potential talent for future opportunities across all levels — from leadership roles to associate positions. Whether you are a developing professional or a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the construction of unique projects—where no two spaces are alike—partnering closely with both internal and external partners to ensure we successfully deliver projects on time and on budget.

Working across a diverse portfolio of new stores, renovations, specialty projects, and infrastructure initiatives, you will collaborate closely with internal partners and external consultants to translate design intent into constructible, well‑coordinated solutions. Together, we deliver technically sound spaces that are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality - supporting Aritzia’s continued growth.

We are currently hiring for the following roles in the following areas and more:

• Senior Director/Director, Pre-Construction Management
• Senior Project Manager, Construction Management
• Sr. Manager/Director, Budget Management

THE ROLE

Depending on your level of experience and seniority, you will contribute to or lead one or more of the following focus areas:

• Roadmap our approach for the build of our stores and infrastructure projects.
• Establish clear plans that define what will be built, when, by whom, and how, ensuring alignment across projects.
• Ensure all critical project elements are assessed and prepared, enabling efficient project execution from the start.
• Ensure all project drawings are accurate, compliant, and constructable.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of OFI items and inform the project schedule and planning.
• Ensure accurate budget forecasting and tracking to inform a clear understanding of project costs.
• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure accurate and on-time project delivery.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

A member of the construction team has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value
