Position: Real Estate CRM, Marketing & AI Creative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM systems specifically tailored for real estate professionals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and support real estate business growth.
• Utilize AI-driven creative tools to design engaging marketing content and campaigns.
• Coordinate communication with clients and prospects through CRM platforms.
• Analyze marketing data and CRM metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools and software for content creation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
