Real Estate Group – Counsel

Fasken is seeking an experienced Counsel to join the Real Estate Group in Toronto. Our ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate law and namely transactional work, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Candidates should demonstrate superior analytical and organizational abilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to manage complex transactions independently while collaborating effectively within a team is essential.

Fasken's Real Estate Group provides strategic advice and representation to clients on all aspects of real estate law and regularly work with our firm wide group on multi-provincial matters. Our lawyers are leaders in the field, leveraging extensive experience to navigate sophisticated asset transactions and development projects.
