Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and a minimum of three years of experience drafting and revising complex agreements for clients in the real estate and/or construction industry. Experience drafting and negotiating design, construction, and consulting agreements is preferred but not required. This position requires a candidate with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to accept significant responsibility. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
