The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of sophisticated real estate and transactional experience, preferably within the hospitality sector, along with a strong academic background and prior large firm experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the drafting and negotiation of complex transaction documents, structuring and closing hospitality financings, and managing due diligence reviews to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will mentor junior associates and collaborate with a talented team of lawyers on high-profile projects involving hotel management, joint ventures, and mixed-use developments across premier urban markets.
