We are working with a prominent national law firm's Portland office that has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3 to 7 years of transactional experience, including significant responsibility for real estate finance and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. The candidate should have a deep understanding of title and survey review and general deal knowledge. Experience with leasing and joint ventures is a plus but not a prerequisite. Admission to practice in Oregon, immediately transferable skills, and a strong academic background with excellent writing skills are also essential.
This position is based in Portland The compensation range for this position is mid $200s to mid $300s plus bonus. DOE.
