Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the asset management team in handling asset management issues for assets in Singapore, UK and Australia.
• Work on an asset management-related project with a report and presentation as end deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate or related field
• Strong in MS Office
• Knowledge of Real Estate markets and cycles
• Understanding of market norm variations and industry knowhow
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to full-time Fall internship
