Are you our new Real Estate Appraiser?
As a Real Estate Appraiser at Intrum in Athens you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional real estate services and solutions by engaging in various projects for both individual assets and large-scale portfolios.
What you will do :
• Conduct valuations & Opinion on value reports of individual properties and portfolios across multiple property types
• Organize, analyze, and maintain real estate market data to support business
intelligence activities
• Perform portfolio analysis and marketability assessment
• Manage and oversee valuation assignments outsourced to external valuers
and consultants, ensuring compliance with quality standards, methodologies,
and agreed timelines.
• Participate in the evaluation of real estate assets for acquisition purposes
• Form presentations on the activity and progress of the department’s action
plan
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.
• Previous relevant experience of 2 years
• Excellent command of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Greek and English
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and ability to cope with new initiatives
• Team-player with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
