We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Altea. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a sharp eye to see the possibilities in every property, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves working closely with clients to help them find their dream homes, investment properties, or vacation retreats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing SkandiaMäklarna Altea in a professional and ethical manner.
  
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Conducting property viewings and tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiating sales transactions to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
• Staying up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the local real estate market.
• Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Managing property listings, including writing compelling descriptions and taking high-quality photographs.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian, English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the Altea real estate market and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Real estate license in Spain is desirable.
