Who You Are
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
- Organized, coachable, and team-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
- Licensed real estate agent (or in process of obtaining license).
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with buyers and sellers through consistent follow-up.
- Conduct consultations, showings, and open houses.
- Manage transactions from contract to close with professionalism.
- Use NAV systems and training to grow your personal business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000 – $400,000+ per year (Commission + Bonus)
