About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. The role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Property Sales & Leasing
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options based on client requirements.
Promote off-plan and secondary market properties to prospective buyers and investors.
Guide clients throughout the entire property transaction process from inquiry to closing.
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and prospecting activities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Develop strategies to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and property launches to generate business.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through professional service and market expertise.
Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
Provide regular updates on market trends, available properties, and investment opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiation & Transaction Management
Negotiate offers, pricing, and contract terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Coordinate documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements throughout transactions.
Work closely with mortgage advisors, legal teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure smooth and timely completion of property transactions.
Market Research & Property Marketing
Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values.
Market properties through online portals, social media, advertising, and networking channels.
Prepare compelling property listings, presentations, and promotional materials.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities using CRM systems.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
Keep all transaction documentation complete and up to date.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales or leasing.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan and secondary property transactions.
RERA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
