About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional service and market expertise. This role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing successful real estate transactions in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and marketing activities.
Identify potential buyers, sellers, and investors within the real estate market.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Actively promote available properties to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide professional advice on property investments, pricing, and market trends.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
Property Sales & Leasing
Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients.
Negotiate offers, pricing, and terms between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
Manage the full sales and leasing cycle from inquiry to deal closure.
Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and transaction procedures.
Market Research & Analysis
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Analyze market conditions, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
Provide regular market insights and feedback to management.
Marketing & Property Listings
Create and manage property listings on relevant real estate portals.
Coordinate with marketing teams for property promotions and campaigns.
Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and regularly updated.
Utilize social media and digital platforms to maximize property exposure.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and completed transactions.
Update CRM systems with relevant sales and customer information.
Ensure proper handling of contracts and legal documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property leasing.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
RERA certification is an added advantage.
