Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties in either Fuengirola, Marbella, or Estepona.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Fuengirola, Marbella, or Estepona real estate market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages such as Swedish, Finnish, French, Dutch, Belgian, or German are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Driver's license
