Job Description

If you’re a PA or an experienced Team Administrator (or similar) who loves being the go-to person, thrives on organisation, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes this could be your next move.

We’re looking for someone who is a PA or is ready to take that next step into a Personal Assistant role, supporting our Co–CEOs across our Labels and Publishing divisions out of our Albert Park office. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-moving, creative environment, helping bring structure, calm and coordination to two busy leaders.

This is a role where no two days are the same. You’ll learn quickly, build strong relationships across
the business and gain real exposure to senior leadership.

About the role

You’ll work closely with both Co–CEOs, helping them stay organised, prepared and focused across the following key responsibilities -

  • Manage busy calendars, scheduling meetings and keeping priorities on track
  • Coordinate travel for Co–CEOs, artists and team members
  • Process expenses, invoices and general administrative tasks
  • Prepare itineraries, presentations and meeting notes
  • Support internal events, showcases and team activities
  • Assist with award submissions (including ARIAs and APRAs)
  • Help manage contacts, databases and file systems (SharePoint, DISCO etc.)
  • Support music-related reporting and team updates
  • Assist with communications, mailouts and occasional press support
  • Act as a key point of contact across the business
  • Jump in on projects and support wherever needed

About you

You might already be working as a Team Administrator, Coordinator or Office Manager and are ready
for more ownership and exposure.

You are someone who:

  • Is highly organised and naturally on top of the details
  • Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships
  • Enjoys juggling multiple tasks and keeping things moving
  • Uses initiative and is comfortable figuring things out
  • Has some hands-on experience managing diaries and coordinating travel
  • Stays calm under pressure and handles things with professionalism
  • Is discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Is confident working across different personalities and teams

You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, and any experience with tools like Concur, Canva, SharePoint or similar is a bonus.

Exposure to the music or entertainment industry would be highly regarded.

Why this role?

  • A genuine step up into a PA supporting senior leaders
  • A creative, fun and fast-paced environment
  • The opportunity to learn, grow and build your career
  • A supportive team that values initiative, reliability, discretion and a great attitude

If you’re ready to take that next step and become a trusted right-hand to senior leaders, we’d love to
hear from you.
