
If you’re a PA or an experienced Team Administrator (or similar) who loves being the go-to person, thrives on organisation, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes this could be your next move.
We’re looking for someone who is a PA or is ready to take that next step into a Personal Assistant role, supporting our Co–CEOs across our Labels and Publishing divisions out of our Albert Park office. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-moving, creative environment, helping bring structure, calm and coordination to two busy leaders.
This is a role where no two days are the same. You’ll learn quickly, build strong relationships across
the business and gain real exposure to senior leadership.

You’ll work closely with both Co–CEOs, helping them stay organised, prepared and focused across the following key responsibilities -

You might already be working as a Team Administrator, Coordinator or Office Manager and are ready
for more ownership and exposure.
You are someone who:
You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, and any experience with tools like Concur, Canva, SharePoint or similar is a bonus.
Exposure to the music or entertainment industry would be highly regarded.
