In this role you’ll:
Join Sydney Trains as a Readiness & Enhancement Specialist and play a critical role in keeping our network safe, prepared and resilient.
Drive enterprise-wide emergency readiness, deliver high-impact incident management training and work alongside agencies like Police, Health and SES to strengthen real world response capabilities. You will develop and lead scenario based exercises to embedding best practice frameworks as well as ensure teams are match-fit to respond to anything.

About you
Key requirements: -
• Strong experience in crisis and emergency management within a large complex organisation (rail/transport highly regarded)
• Proven ability to apply best practice readiness and response strategies
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent hands on experience
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• Flexibility to be on-call, work after hours and travel when needed
• Current driver’s licence and ability to obtain required security clearances
