Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and leading the Web Development team, focusing on JavaScript, React.JS, and Node.JS technologies. The role involves managing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of web development projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of web developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using javascript, react.js, and node.js.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
3. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed in the development process.
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to meet project objectives.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

Other Requirements
