About the Role

Role: Front End Developer(React.JS)

Exp Range : 7 to 10 years

Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid)

We are looking for a skilled Candidate

1. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Experts, and Stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize user issues and feature requests in each sprint, balancing urgency and impact.
3. Ensure technical excellence and alignment with business objectives across all stages of development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and scalable components.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Proven experience as senior person who can guide and help the team in technical decisions.
2. Strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, Azure services, and Pulumi (or similar) (infrastructure‑as‑code)
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
4. Experience mentoring developers and managing task execution within agile environments.
5. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to balance technical and functional perspectives.
