The role of Reactive Services Executive is a support role, providing a positive and proactive service to corporate customers and domestic customers with one-off or specialist clearance requirements. Setting up contracts, raising purchase orders, inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails, escalations and account management.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful but training is available for the right applicant.
