We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Frontend – ReactJS) to join our growing team , a global MNC with a strong presence across the USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and India. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performance React-based applications, driving innovation and ensuring best practices in frontend engineering. You will act as a mentor and technical leader, ensuring projects meet high standards of performance, maintainability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Technical Leadership
Lead architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance React applications.
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies in frontend development.
Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design patterns
Must-Have:
Testing Tools: Jest, Mocha, Cypress
Build & Package Tools: Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn
Agile & Project Management tools like (Jira, Trello)
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, Redux, MobX, Context API, Jest, Mocha
Good - Have:
Proven experience in enterprise-scale applications.
Prior exposure to global client environments and distributed teams.
Ability to lead and mentor teams of frontend engineers.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.
Certifications in frontend technologies or cloud platforms are an advantage
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: 10+ years in software development with strong expertise in frontend technologies.
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in complex React-based projects.
