React Developer (React / TypeScript) - Hybrid Porto or Lisbon (3 days/week office preferred)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced React Developer to join one of our clients in the Insurance sector. This is a great opportunity to work on modern web applications within a large-scale enterprise environment, delivering intuitive and high-quality digital experiences.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and Backend Engineers to build scalable frontend applications using modern engineering practices.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll contribute to the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of enterprise frontend applications, participating throughout the entire software development lifecycle in an agile environment.

This role follows a hybrid working model, based in Porto or Lisbon, with 3 office days per week preferred (2 days may be considered).

Required Languages

• 
  Portuguese – Professional proficiency
• 
  English – Professional working proficiency (B2 or above)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• 
  Professional experience developing applications using React
• 
  Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• 
  Experience consuming REST APIs.
• 
  Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• 
  Experience with responsive web applications.
• 
  Experience working in Agile teams.
• 
  Good communication and collaboration skills.

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• 
  Experience with Next.js
• 
  State management (Redux, Context API or similar).
• 
  Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library or similar).
• 
  CI/CD experience.
• 
  Experience within Banking or Insurance projects.
