As a
React Developer
at Aspire, you will be responsible for building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable user interfaces while following modern front-end development standards and Agile best practices.

What You'll Do

• 
  Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• 
  Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for scalable applications.
• 
  Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform designs into high-quality user experiences.
• 
  Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
• 
  Integrate front-end components with RESTful backend APIs.
• 
  Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and quality.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and browser compatibility problems.
• 
  Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices and coding standards.
• 
  Maintain technical documentation for developed components and features.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.

What You'll Need

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 
  3–5 years of experience in front-end development.
• 
  Strong experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• 
  Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• 
  Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
• 
  Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• 
  Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
• 
  Experience using
  Git
  and working in Agile development environments.
• 
  Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar.
