Reach Truck Operator

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a reach truck in a fast-paced distribution center or warehouse environment and will be responsible for inventory movement, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and maintaining warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory.
• Load and unload pallets, materials, and products from storage racks and warehouse locations.
• Perform order picking, packing, staging, and replenishment activities.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck or forklift operating experience required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment environments preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
