Job Description

Citadel Roofing and Solar is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside HOA/Multifamily Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves meeting with the Community Association Managers and/or Property Managers of an HOA and contractors, conducting roof inspections, providing accurate estimates, and driving sales for HOA/Multifamily re-roofing and custom projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of roofing systems, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. They should represent the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Roof Inspections: Assess HOA/Multifamily roofs to determine the scope of work required, including identifying damage and necessary repairs.
• Provide Accurate Estimates: Utilize knowledge of roofing materials and systems to offer precise cost estimates to Community Association Managers and/or Property Managers of the HOA.
• Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and present roofing solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and closing sales effectively.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inspections, estimates, and sales activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution.

Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Ability to carry a ladder and climb roofs safely.
• Roofing Knowledge: Understanding of various roofing types and systems, with experience in measuring and assessing roofs.
• Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Mathematical Skills: Strong ability to perform basic calculations for estimating materials and costs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Computer Skills: Working knowledge and familiarity in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience: Previous experience in roofing, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
