We are seeking a motivated Master’s Intern to join our Incubation Team and support new product development activities for Industrial Centrifugal Compressor products. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, product benchmarking, testing, and engineering analysis while working alongside experienced professionals.
The intern will contribute to engineering studies, test planning, data analysis, and technical documentation to support innovation and product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in benchmarking activities for Industrial Centrifugal Compressor products.
Support test definition, test planning, and execution activities for engineering validation programs.
Analyze test data and help interpret engineering results using fundamental mechanical engineering principles.
Contribute to engineering and science-based studies related to product performance and development.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, summaries, and documentation for project reviews and discussions.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative engineering activities.
Support new product development initiatives within the Incubation Team.
Assist with additional engineering tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Basic understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, turbomachinery, or mechanical systems.
Familiarity with engineering analysis and testing methodologies is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Exposure to CAD tools or engineering simulation software is an advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
