About the Role
Join our R&D organization as part of the Verification & Qualification team, which ensures that new designs mature into reliable, manufacturable products. Our team operates at the center of the development lifecycle, using systems engineering methods (e.g., V‑Model) to connect design inputs, technical risks, and verification activities.
In this role, you will lead a structured risk assessment process spanning system, design, and process levels using FMECA methodologies. More importantly, you will translate identified risks and failure modes into targeted verification and qualification plans and then execute or coordinate the associated testing Your work ensures that our electron‑optical modules meet performance specifications, achieve industrial readiness, and enter manufacturing with minimized technical risk.
This role focuses on engineering verification – providing objective evidence that designs meet their technical requirements and are ready for scalable production.
