• Lead efforts in crop breeding, genetic enhancement, and disease resistance.
• Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Investigate and promote alternative energy sources and environmentally friendly farming techniques.
• Manage the R&D team practices, ensuring cost-effective research practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in agricultural research and development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Familiarity with modern farming technologies and precision agriculture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• In-depth understanding of agronomy, crop science, and genetics.
• Familiarity with sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
