A global leader in AdTech is looking for a R&D Team Lead for its Programmatic Distribution unit, which is building innovative programmatic Real Time Bidding solutions and B2C Products. The company is driven by technology and data, and drives impactful, people-centric marketing.

Your impact and Mission:
● Play a substantial part in shaping product strategy based on what’s technically possible (and often make the impossible possible).
● Lead the full product development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and production.
● Work closely with the teams’ data scientists to plan and implement new Machine Learning models and strategies.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities and provide technological solutions.
Your Experience, Mindset, and Skills:
● 6+ years of experience as a team lead with HO passion
● Proven expertise in leading, mentoring, and developing a team
● Substantial Backend engineering experience and understanding, in high-scale environments and multi-threaded applications, including Java, SQL, and Big Data technologies.
● Experience to see through a feature from inception to implementation.
● Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
● Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech industry (RTB and overall Ad Exchanges),
● Drives high-quality code standards, and best practices.
It can be a great plus if you have:
● Work experience in agile startups or innovation teams.
● Experience in Presto, Hive and Hazelcast
Important to know: The company works in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
