Job Description

As an R&D SW Trainee, you will perform delegated tasks with the objective of taking over more responsibilities and learning all the skills required for future jobs. The main purpose of this job is to gain experience of all aspects of a selected area, identified here in the extension of an existing communication protocol by deep leveraging AI to support the embedded SW development

  • Perform routine assignments within standardized procedures and practices
  • Work under regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines (e.g., assisting other professionals, creating reports)
  • Utilize own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems (e.g., performing office duties for a defined area, responding to company queries)
  • Learn about facts, practices, and policies relevant to external and internal parties and receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others

You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in SW Engineering, or similar, educational knowledge is required.
  • C/C++ programming languages skills.
  • You have knowledge on how to support SW development with AI
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are accountable for quality and accuracy of own output.
  • You have good communication skills for obtaining and providing information to external or internal parties.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Eagerness to learn - no previous professional experience is required
  • Fluency in Italian.
