Responsibilities:

Develops interior materials according to customer requirements.

Supports color matching activities.

Assists in running laboratory and production trials.

Supports molding trials at customer sites when required.

Participates in research studies and data collection.

Supports development of new technologies and improvement of existing processes.

Assists in the development of new products and pre-launch activities in coordination with other departments such as Purchasing, Planning, Finance, and Production.

Executes assigned tasks within the department according to planning and instructions.

Supports activities related to cost, method improvement, and process efficiency. Conducts literature review and collects technical data to support ongoing projects.

Exchanges technical information within internal teams or group companies when required.

Assists in Quality Control evaluations and testing activities.

Maintains and updates technical documentation and supports QMS-related document control activities.

Supports training activities for assigned tasks and participates in skill development programs.

Comply with the applicable HSE, environment and Health rules.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: English or Spanish.
• Basic experience or knowledge in product and process development.
• Analytical thinking and willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Basic communication skills (oral and written).
• Customer service oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in required; Chemical Engineer or related field preferred.
