・半導体製品(IC、メモリー)の製造に用いる絶縁膜前駆体（主にポリシラザンベース材料）研究開発
<担当業務>
・顧客要求特性から新規材料設計への落とし込み検討
・合成条件開発ならびに材料合成
・新規合成品の液分析(+膜評価)
・新規開発品の顧客評価サポート
・新規開発品のスケールアップ検討ならびに製品化
・周辺技術調査ならびに特許取得
・進捗の取りまとめと定期報告（チームミーティング等）
<必要なスキル、能力>
・大学または大学院で化学を専攻された方。又は同等の知識をお持ちの方
・化学材料の取り扱い経験をお持ちの方
・新材料開発に強い興味がある方
・英語の読み書き
・安全によく配慮し業務を推進できる方
・時間意識高く、主体的に行動できる方
・チームワークに支障の無い方
