Job Description

We are actively seeking a new colleague to join our R&D team based in Minerbio You ideally have some experience in formulation and quality.

• Investigates technical and commercial complaints by completing necessary lab test and data review.
• Completes lab work or does data analysis necessary to determine root cause as required by an internal investigation or Quality Excellence project.
• Performs process verification audits when required by an internal investigation or recent QE/CI process changes and reports results at various levels of the organization.Technical or Customer focused
• Maintains Discovery entries with investigation details and data.
• Document customer complaints, record investigation findings, and close investigations within their responsibility level after satisfactory resolution is achieved.
• Investigate and resolve minor customer complaints that are Not Aligned within Manufacturing investigation.
• Completes appropriate forms and documentation regarding problem investigations, results, and conclusions; determines results and receives direction when required.
• Performs various calculations to prepare, perform, and conclude tests and analyses. Tasks are varied and require business judgment.
• Present complaint findings to an internal audience in a conclusive way.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Responds to Technical Service with a suggestion of what is needed to solve the problem internally or externally without undue delay.
• Supports quality efforts by participating in projects such as complaint corrective action implementation, OC reduction, or participating in Business investigations.
• When needed, visits customers and Technical labs to better understand customer conditions, background work on projects, formulation processes, and impacts of process variance.
• Follow first time batches as needed for customer or technical modifications (ex – orange tag batches)

• Chemistry background with hands-on laboratory experience, ideally in formulation
• Proven analytical thinking and problem ‑solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities
• Highly organized with exceptional planning and time ‑management skills
• Team ‑oriented mindset and experienced in working within collaborative, cross ‑functional environments
• Fluent in Italian and English
