Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create and innovate designs for silver and fashion jewelry collections.
• Identify and manage suppliers for both complete products and individual components.
• Assist in maintaining product quality and ensuring supplier compliance with standards.
• Visit production facilities to support and oversee product development.
• Ensure all materials meet required specifications, industry standards, and testing requirements.
• Partner with the marketing team to manage pricing, sample coordination, and order tracking.
• Contribute to the development of supplier plans and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters on inventory and merchandising activities.
• Improve logistics and shipping workflows to shorten delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in jewelry design, sourcing, or procurement is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.
• High level of precision and accuracy in work.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is beneficial.
