As an R&D Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and driving the execution of R&D projects across our organization.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and QA, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our innovative projects.
Your ability to coordinate, communicate, and deliver high-quality results will ensure the continued success of Spinomenal's R&D initiatives.

Project Management Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Team Collaboration Work closely with developers, QA engineers, Tech Operations, and product managers to align goals, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth delivery and progress.
Scrum Leadership: Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
Roadmap Alignment Collaborate with stakeholders to align R&D deliverables with the company’s roadmap and strategic goals.
Risk Management Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or issues.
Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across teams
Up to 2 years of experience as a Project manager in a tech company
Graduated in Industrial and Management Engineering or any related field.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Passion for technology and a desire to grow in the project management field.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the high-tech industry or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a Plus.
