Minimum Qualifications

1. B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. 6–8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven track record of leading technical teams in product development environments.
2. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
3. Hands-on experience with Java, Spring (Core, MVC, Boot), Hibernate/JPA, REST API development.
4. Experience in JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React.js, TypeScript, jQuery) along with HTML5/CSS.
5. Good exposure to cloud platforms (AWS – S3, CloudWatch, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
6. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
7. Database experience with SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL (query optimization, performance tuning).
8. Good to have: familiarity with Python, Node.js for backend microservices.
9. Strong focus on software quality, scalability, performance, testability, and security
10. Experience in Agile/Scrum-based product development
11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to drive solutions end-to-end.
12. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

1. Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable product features.
2. Drive design and architecture discussions, making key technical decisions for complex modules.
3. Mentor, guide, and review code from team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
4. Take ownership of end-to-end delivery – from requirement analysis to deployment and support.
5. Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews, automation, and testing strategies
6. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.
7. Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing challenges.
8. Champion adoption of modern tools, technologies, and DevOps practices for productivity and quality improvements.
9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring in relevant innovations to the product.
