qCella is a B2B material hardware spin-off from ETH Zurich (re)shaping product heating. We help our customers save energy by heating products precisely where it's needed with qCella's easily shape-customizable, flexible and paper-thin heating mats. The innovative heating technology made from our patent-pending copper inside cellulose fiber hybrid material allows for homogeneous heating over the whole area of the mat, eliminating the need for a heat-distributing but also heat-losing upholstery layer resulting in more energy-efficient product heating. The heating mats can be cut into almost any shape and size and are easily and cost-effectively integrated into the final products like heated car/airplane seats, car interiors, clothing, shoes, pain-relieving products and machines and machine parts.
