R&D Fragrance Packaging Development Intern

Shape the next generation of iconic fragrance packaging with global luxury brands.

As our R&D Fragrance Packaging Development Intern, your main focus is to learn Packaging development.

Within the Packaging R&D department, you will report to a Packaging Engineer who will guide you through a comprehensive onboarding program, enabling you to develop and thrive in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Your main focus:

• Support Packaging Engineers on new fragrance packaging developments from concept to launch. 
• Help the entire team with supplier briefs, technical evaluations, risk assessments, prototyping and laboratory testing activities (homologation) and specification documentation. 
• Support sustainability initiatives and value analysis including material substitutions and packaging improvements. 
• Contribute to innovative packaging solutions and testing methodologies.

The team consists of Packaging Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as Procurement, Initiative Leaders, Quality, Marketing…. All your colleagues are experts and passionate.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to discover and create. As a Packaging Developer, you have educational knowledge in packaging and project development and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, your profile:

• Engineering student in Packaging, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of glass, plastics, metals and paperboard packaging materials.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English. Organized, proactive and collaborative.
