We are seeking a passionate R&D Cosmetics Formulator to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing cosmetic formulations from concept to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and execution of all the research, development and scale-up activities in order to deliver an innovative and robust cosmetic formula
• Constant updating and upgrading knowledge on legislative developments regarding the cosmetic science
• Work directly with cross-functional teams such as Global Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement
• Review and evaluate stability, compatibility and safety testing results
• Optimize existing formulations
• Supervision of the Scale-up of the product
• Cooperation with external partners in developing cosmetic products
• Strong problem solving input

Requirements

• At least 5-10 yrs of professional experience in formulating cosmetic products
• Knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, active ingredients in cosmetic formulations
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, M.S. Degree preferred
• Lab and scale-up experience
• Familiarity with Cosmetic Regulations and safety requirements
• Demonstrate strong formulation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
