About the role

The R&D Executive will provide support on the technical product development for assigned Operations projects
for the Health R&D team & will take a technical lead on projects.

Your responsibilities

• Utilize formulation skills and technical expertise to develop new products, technologies and benefits to address
relevant consumer needs in support of brand initiatives.
• Read, understand, and apply relevant SOP / ISO protocols with regards to data generation for product registration
for submission to Global Regulatory, Agencies. Proper operation, standardization & maintenance of lab
equipment. Maintaining accurate laboratory notebooks, following Safety and Good Housekeeping requirements.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques for working at the bench, understanding or interest in chemistry,
surfactant or related science.
• Ability to interpret results from lab tests, conduct performance and analysis evaluations of competitive products.
• Maintain supplies inventory and order items when needed.
• Interface with key partners and stakeholders (supply, regulatory and marketing) to achieve defined goals and
objectives.
• Incorporate Category Quality requirements into plans, ensuring compliance within the team.
• Enforce quality mind by ‘Right first time’ practice for working in area by following documented procedures &
follow good documentation practice.
• Be aware, accountable for safety, health & environment in workplace all time to ensure accident free & good
environment area of working.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor/master’s degree in science/ engineering

• Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, including strong formulation
expertise and understanding of raw material chemical interactions.
• Oral communication skills to effectively provide feedback to project teams or immediate supervisor.
• Written communication skills for accurate data entry and concise lab reports.
• Organizational and Problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to nurture teamwork and foster an environment of achievement.
• Result-oriented and self-motivating, seeking information from others to accomplish objectives.
• Timely execution of multiple project objectives within established timelines.
• Ability to display a degree of flexibility and adapt effectively to change.
• Desire to learn, apply, and enhance skill set while seeking new opportunities.
• Perform other assignments as delegated by immediate supervisor.
• With assistance of supervisor, demonstrate ability to anticipate, plan and realize significant projects involving
multiple technical and scientific hurdles.
