Job Description

  • Design and Development Create and maintain mechanical systems and components, integrating them with electronic systems to optimize instrument functionality.
  • Test Develop test plan and perform testing with the prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance standards.
  • Collaboration Work with other engineers and professionals to improve the reliability and performance of instruments and systems.
  • Documentation Write detailed reports on project outcomes and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
  • Technical Skills Advanced skills in CAD software; specific experience with Siemens NX and/ or Mentor Graphics is highly preferred.
  • Standards Familiarity with medical device development, ISO 13485 QMS and IVDR standards is a significant advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Strong analytical and creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
