THE OPPORTUNITY – CONTEXT OF THE MISSIONS

Mechanical activation of clay is a key pathway for developing low-carbon cementitious materials. Joined to our R&D team, you will focus on clay mechanical activation.

MISSIONS:

As part of this internship, you will conduct research on clay mechanical activation through:

• Literature Review :
• Conduct a comprehensive literature review on clay mechanical activation mechanisms for low-carbon cement.
• Experimental & Laboratory Testing :
• Design and execute laboratory test.
• Technical Reporting:
• Consolidate findings, write detailed technical reports, and present progress to the R&D team.

ABOUT YOU

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hard skills:
• Proficiency in experimental testing, material characterization, and data processing.
• Soft skills:
• Analytical mindset and scientific rigor
• Autonomy in conducting literature reviews and lab experiments
• Good communication skills to present technical results clearly
• Languages: Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)

EDUCATION LEVEL / TRAINING

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Mineralogy, Materials Chemistry, Geochemistry or Process Engineering
