Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in rotational training programs for the Academy and R&D projects to systematically learn about the semiconductor testing industry and automated test equipment (ATE), and gain proficiency in software testing processes and environments
2. Collaborate closely with global software R&D teams to gain a deep understanding of user scenarios, software requirements, and hardware specifications; design and execute test cases to validate industry-leading ATE hardware and software systems
3. Actively participate in the global rollout of new hardware and solutions for major semiconductor clients, verifying the stability and reliability of ATE system hardware and software during engineering validation and mass production phases
4. Develop and execute test plans under the SAFe agile development framework to ensure product quality complies with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ASPICE
5. Drive test automation and explore the application of AI technologies (such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, AI knowledge bases, and intelligent agents) to enhance testing efficiency
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Solid foundation in integrated circuits and electronic measurement technology; proficient in operating various types of electronic measurement instruments
3. Familiarity with software testing theories, methods, and processes; proficiency in mainstream testing tools; and the ability to design and write system-level test cases
4. Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, C++); adherence to coding standards and a passion for programming
5. Familiarity with Linux development and testing environments and related tools (e.g., Git, Selenium, Docker, Jenkins, K8s, etc.)
6. Possess excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills, capable of efficiently identifying and resolving system-level technical issues
7. Maintain a strong curiosity about new technologies; candidates with experience in AI-related projects (e.g., RAG, MCP, Agent, PEFT, etc.) are preferred
8. Possess strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); candidates with CET-6 or higher are preferred
9. Willing to accept domestic and international business travel arrangements
