Job Description

  • Product Development
  • Conducting lab experiments: from preparation to completion.
  • Preparing samples for customers using advanced laboratory equipment.
  • Involvement in production scale-up processes on the manufacturing line.
  • Compiling data and deriving insights from previous experiments.
  • Collaborating with raw material, computing, and equipment suppliers.
  • Maintaining continuous interfaces with the Quality Assurance department and production teams.
  • Preparing product documentation: specifications, product trees, and more.
  • Supporting the product lifecycle from development in the lab to commercial production.

Requirements

  • Experience in laboratory work within an industrial plant in the food or pharmaceutical industries – an advantage.
  • Experience in the field of microencapsulation – an advantage.
  • High-level English proficiency – mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Biotechnology
