If Group Level:
Develop and maintain training, communication & standard materials

  • Ensure content maintenance for training delivery

  • Ensure Web-based course setup and maintenance

  • Formalize standard documentation related to change & adoption methodology

If Division Level:

  • Assist on the collection and qualification of demands raised within the Division R&D organization; participate on the prioritization definition and control of those demands

  • Contribute to the demands backlog management in collaboration with the manager

  • In collaboration with the COE Digital Process Manager, capture, formalize and maintain Division/PG related processes toward digitization

  • In collaboration with COE Digital Process Manager define and maintain business requirements

  • Assist on the definition and evaluation of Proof of Value, and Proof of Concept

  • When new tool or improvement is needed: Assist on the evaluation & validation of payback, definition of Business acceptance criteria and project management organization


On his/her scope, in collaboration with the Change & Adoption manager, contribute on the adoption monitoring activities through KPIs

  • Build KPI’s to follow adoption

  • Contribute to back on track plans when needed

  • Monitor impact of communication contents through data analysis (number of views, number of clicks, ...)

Support the deployment of the change management strategy

  • Assist on the definition of the appropriate change activities including the skills, structures, tools & support mechanisms needed to manage the organizational change.

  • Support Divisions Change Agents in fulfilling their role of change sponsor

  • Support IS Project managers in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

Contribute to the delivery of related contents in coordination with Centers Of Excellence

  • Write communication contents

  • Synchronize with internal communication & HR departments when needed

  • Contribute to the adaptation of any local engagement content / events

Contribute to learning execution

  • Assist Change management & adoption manager in designing & implementing communication plans (including both push and pull communication channels) to bring awareness on learning contents

  • Ensure that delivered material creates the best possible learner experience by observing content walkthroughs prior to new material rollouts and soliciting facilitator feedback

  • Contribute to the delivery of standard and/or Product specific training contents

If Site Level:
Functional Support to the R&D users

  • Secure that all users (from all networks) are properly trained

  • Perform training if validated as trainer

  • Coach back-up Key Users

  • Provide functional support

  • Welcome new users and give them key information and first training (train the basis)

  • Be the first point of contact for the management of incidents, to characterize them and define the appropriate support needed

  • Provide a first level of support to the end users including workaround.

  • Collect, formalize and report bugs and requests for the tools through the Valeo R&D DSIS standard incident management tool (eg: JIRA)

Deployment of solutions

  • Contribute to the validation of new solutions or evolutions of existing ones (user acceptance tests)

  • Communicate recommendations, rules and best practices, standards to end users.

  • Push key information (news, reminders, project updates, standards) towards end users during 5 minutes meetings, dedicated meetings or through any convenient media (presentations, emails, ...).

Definition of new solutions and improvement of the existing ones

  • Attend Key User Committees led by the concerned COEs

  • Attend “Working Groups” for solutions improvements whenever needed

  • Collect, formalize and report enhancement requests expressed by end users to the through the R&D DSIS standard incident management tool (eg JIRA)

Contribute to the definition of the change management plan for projects led by the COEs, together with the DBP Change & Adoption Managers when needed

as a relay of the DBP, determine the best approach according to the local context to

  • initiate, facilitate and coordinate organizational change

  • increase users adoption of solutions.

for each project he/she is concerned with, he/she must

  • prepare local teams for change, involving the local management

  • secure involvement of needed contributors

  • secure the proper execution of trainings

  • relay communication locally

  • organize surveys to monitor & report users satisfaction

The MCAD DBP Engineer will support all CAD-related activities for the Power Division, focusing on legacy tools and PPDM. The successful candidate will work with the Mechanical DBP Leader.

The mCAD engineer will participate to all the activities related to CAD for Power Division on legacy tools & PPDM

  • Responsible for ticket management & PLM NG ACB

  • Provide KPIs and add them on website/or drive

  • Manage CAD KU

  • Coordinate the UAT for mcad topics (unit acceptance tests)

  • Trainer on MCAD/PLM NG topics including Innolab tools

  • Support deployment about different topics : migration, platform management.

  • Transverse activity & support :

  • Update the DBP websites

  • Homogenize KPIs of DBP team's activities

Participate to CAD Agile working groups:

  • Participate to all Sharing AS-IS processes and contribute to define to TO-BE processes

  • Contribute to Working Group decision making on gap closure with OOTB solution

  • Raise any ticket 'training update' when new way of working need to be explain to end-user

  • Identify and propose potential improvements of PLM NG vs As-Is situation

  • Learn the MVP (Business needs) linked to your agile working and help to write the MVP use cases

PLM NG deployment:

  • Participate to different activities linked to deployment

  • Migration : data cleanup, migration project status
