Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Innovation

•Au sein de l’équipe R&D garnissage siège, assister le chef de projet technique dans ses différentes missions : génération d’idées, recherche de solutions techniques, pilotages des essais de validation,…

•Les projets seront liés aux systèmes de garnissage, et à leurs composants mousse, textile ou plastique

•Réaliser ou piloter les essais (tests, mesures,…) nécessaires au bon avancement de ces projets

•Le premier projet concerne un nouveau matériau, qu’il faudra évaluer et adapter en tant que composant du siège

Capitalisation du savoir-faire :

•Animer les comités de validation des règles de conception

•Veiller à la bonne intégration dans la base de données

•Bâtir un outil d'accès à la documentation

Your profile and competencies to succeed

•Formation niveau BAC +4/5

•Le/la candidat/e doit être capable de s’exprimer en anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit

•Maîtrise du pack Office, et plus particulièrement Excel

•Compétences techniques : connaissances des matériaux souples tels que textile et mousse

•Aptitudes comportementales : autonomie, curiosité, bon relationnel, travail en équipe, créativité et pro-activité

•Déplacements de courte durée éventuellement
