In this role, you will support the R&D teams in accelerating new raw material approvals, Thailand FDA registrations, and commercialization readiness for strategic business projects.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate with suppliers to collect regulatory documents required for raw material approvals, chemical approval projects and Thailand FDA registrations.
• Review submitted documents for completeness and prepare regulatory submission packages.
• Submit and maintain raw material regulatory information in internal systems.
• Generate and maintain raw material specifications and related documentation.
• Support Thailand FDA registration activities for natural color products.
• Monitor approval progress and follow up with suppliers, Regulatory Affairs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Support commercialization readiness by maintaining product information in internal systems and preparing documentation for new product launches and Gain Share projects.
  

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical science, or related scientific fields.

• Experience in regulatory affairs, QA, QC, R&D, technical service, or the food ingredient/food manufacturing industry would be advantage.

• Good communication skills in both English and Thai.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details.
