Location: Onsite in Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm (8.5hour shifts)

This position plays a key part in creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the moment a patient arrives.

What You’ll Do
Provide warm, attentive check-in and registration support
Verify insurance eligibility and make corrections when needed
Schedule clinic and radiology appointments with accuracy
Collaborate closely with clinical teams daily to ensure smooth patient flow
Escort or transport patients (including wheelchair assistance) between clinical areas.
Walking reasonable distances is required

Preferred Experience
Patient registration or scheduling
Working in a patient facing medical office
Familiarity with medical insurance processes
Experience supporting individuals in a healthcare environment

•At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.

• Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
