Location: Onsite in Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm (8.5hour shifts)

This position plays a key part in creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the moment a patient arrives.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide warm, attentive check-in and registration support

  • Verify insurance eligibility and make corrections when needed

  • Schedule clinic and radiology appointments with accuracy

  • Collaborate closely with clinical teams daily to ensure smooth patient flow

  • Escort or transport patients (including wheelchair assistance) between clinical areas.
    Walking reasonable distances is required

Preferred Experience

  • Patient registration or scheduling

  • Working in a patient facing medical office

  • Familiarity with medical insurance processes

  • Experience supporting individuals in a healthcare environment

•At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
