MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Program Analyst to join our team working in Newport News, VA. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide on-site AWP maintenance support services to the SUPSHIP Newport News RCOH Team
Support the development and upkeep of the following products listed below to develop and update the Availability Work Package (AWP) and Ship’s Force Work Package (SFWP)
Support data entry for AWP technical and editorial changes in support of the RCOH Maintenance Planning Manager
Support maintaining project team action item trackers and advance planning task tracker
Provide for the monthly distribution of the AWP to various RCOH organizations using the PEO Carriers IDE and other government networks
Support AWP technical reviews, program reviews and other meetings as required
Conduct data imports of shipbuilder contract deliverables into government databases
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent education
5+ years of relevant experience with aircraft carrier maintenance and operations
Experience with shipbuilding and/or ship repair business analysis
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start, and the ability to obtain and maintain a final Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
